We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Head to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales amp; marketing strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Roles amp; Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementationfrom ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels likecontent creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog thatattracts and converts our target groups.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players,agencies and vendors agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaininsight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role. Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
