Position: Programming Specialist
Location: Goregaon Mumbai, 2-3 days per week in the office, remainder home office based.

About the role:
LRN is looking for a seasoned front end Programmer ( Senior Software Developer) to assist our internal teams with the assembly of our award-winning training material developing high-quality eLearning courseware for some of our Fortune 500 clients. Our programs are bespoke and designed at our clients' request specifically offering solutions to their problems. To be successful in this position, you must have at least five years' commercial experience using JSON, CSS3, HTML5 technologies and have experience or a real interest and flair for developing high-quality online interactive content.
The individual in this role will have the opportunity to:
- To help assemble training material
- To understand client requirements and effectively utilize their architecture
- Develop courseware content and delivery mechanisms
- Find efficient ways to deliver course creation and deployment with pace.
- Develop internal tools and procedures
- Help ensure compatibility with our Partner’s infrastructure
- Work as part of a team with project manager, graphic designers, and instructional designers to meet delivery dates
- Communicate effectively with our partners, senior management, and peers
- Document work on projects
Requirements
- Experience working natively in JavaScript
- Good working experience and understanding of JavaScript libraries like JQuery, Handlebars
- Proficient understanding and experience of writing web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Knowledge of e-Learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI
- Proficiency in using Git, Perforce
- Familiarity with working with JSON files
