As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, analyzing financial data, and providing business insights to help drive our company forward. Your job role as an Accounts Manager will be to:

• Oversee all financial activities of the company.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide business insights based on financial data analysis.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including statutory payments like GST, TDS, PT, etc.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Create and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of accounting professionals.
• Coordination with cross functional teams.
• Implementation of Internal audit gaps and timely correction of processes.

Requirements

• Should be a Chartered Accountant.
• Team handling experience is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting (Including Article ship).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
