Lodgistics, a growing hotel technology startup, is seeking a Junior Product Designer with UI experience to join our team as the first member of our Design Team. As a Junior Product Designer, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering Teams to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering Teams to iterate on design prototypes
- Create visual designs, wireframes, and other UX assets
- Create user-centered designs and UX strategies
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs and design solutions
- Review designs to ensure they meet our brand voice and style guidelines
- Stay up to date with latest design trends and technologies and provide continuous process improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, UX, or a related field
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies
- Strong design sensibility that translates to digital interfaces
- Ability to create wireframes, design prototypes, and other UX assets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
