You will be responsible for

  • Operations: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Strategy: Conceptualize and deliver the strategy and plans for social media marketing across all key brand channels including Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Operations: Support the marketing team by crafting social-first topical/occasion-led and innovative campaigns all year round. Also, build the social leg of all consumer marketing campaigns
  • Ownership: Responsible for initiating amp; drive projects across the digital marketing team to drive new customer acquisition
  • Analytics: Using analytical tools, monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance
  • Operations: Champion influencer marketing as a strong lever in the overall social marketing mix
  • Ownership: Be responsible for the monthly social calendar by developing content that supports the entire business leading to brand love and social engagement
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, and community managers, to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates
  • Operations: Provide product feedback on third-party tools used for Paid Social
