The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring experienced IT professionals for our client positions. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with candidates and ensure that they are a successful fit within our organization. You should possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a passion for being a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to determine staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
- Interview candidates in-depth and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Monitor and analyze team workflows, roles, and hiring goals.
- Provide hiring metrics and reports as needed.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working with and recruiting candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiating and communication skills.
- Active on social media, professional networking sites, and other recruiting platforms.
