Associate Director (Responsible Gaming)

As our Associate Director, you will organize, communicate and coordinate internal and external Responsible Gaming campaigns. This will require your ability to create, prepare, facilitate, and distribute program training materials to company employees and properties. You will also need to support internal business units to implement responsible gaming policies and procedures that will ensure responsible gaming compliance with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions. You will maintain compliance policy with applicable regulations and industry best practices regarding responsible gaming. The goal will be to develop and facilitate effective management of responsible gaming programs across our group.

Responsibilities

1. Manage Responsible Gaming programs amp; charters across the organization.
2. Establish the relevant areas of focus and manage an action plan every year focused on positioning the company as the leading operator in the responsible gaming area.
3. Monitor and analyze existing and new markets from a compliance/responsible gaming perspective, keeping the company ahead of the competition through innovative and relevant actions and product improvements.
4. Manage the responsible gaming content and controls on our sites.
5. Perform, evaluate, and coordinate training of staff in gaming addiction behavior.
6. Together with the marketing amp; product department establishes communication guidelines and secures that all player communications made through Customer Support, Marketing, and VIP teams comply with Responsible Gaming. Policies.
7. Ensure that customers enjoy clear transparent terms and a safe environment for their entertainment.
8. Manage communication and relationships with regulators, associations, and other interested parties as well as special interest groups relevant to Responsible Gaming.
9. Ensure compliance and implementation of Responsible Gaming Program policies and procedures.
10. Maintain and track the Responsible Gaming-related application data, verifying data findings and/or exceptions, and recommend process enhancements and additional monitoring tools as required.
11. Build and promote positive relationships within the federations, external partners, self-regulated bodies amp; regulators.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or data-driven business analyst experience with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
• Passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally.
• Love for games and for creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences.
• Education: BE/BTech. An MBA is a plus.
