Designation- Finance Manager

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon

Experience Required: 5-6 years

Role:

I Accounting:

• Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of Company and its two investee Companies.
• Managing banking operations and reconciliations
• Vendor invoice verification amp; payment processing
• Verification of reimbursement claims of team members and timely payouts
• Preparation of timely MIS for monthly reporting to the Board

II Reconciliations:

• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Monthly reconciliations of sales with payment gateway report
• Reconciliation of monthly sales with sales invoices and debit/credit notes
• Debtors/Creditors ledger accounts Reconciliation

III. Statutory Compliances

• Compliances under Income Tax- TDS and Income Tax returns
• Compliance under GST Act-ensuring timely and correct returns are filed by accounting vendor
• Coordinating with the company secretary for timely compliances required under Companies Act

IV Payroll processing:

Accurate and timely inputs to be shared with payroll processor

PF, ESI, Professional tax related compliances

Ensuring timely employment contracts execution and proper full and final settlements

V Leading statutory auditor and tax audit at end of year

VI Maintaining proper records amp; contracts and support in company due diligence during fund raise and data room support

Requirements

• CA with 5-6 years of work-ex with at least 2 years of post qualification experience in finance role in a start-up
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Relationship management
