Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product Managers to get CX related product decks ready- Working along the CX team to create SOPs for different issue types for each product- Transferring the SOP content in a crisp form for the customer service team- Revising content based on the feedback from the training team- Ensuing training amp; evaluation of the customer service team as per the content- Ensuring all content is always up to date as per product developments/ improvements- Ensuring CX related content on the web/ app is relevant amp; up to date
Expected added future responsibilitiesWriting/editing copy for the app and website, enabling users to easily navigate our products
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience with customer/ product focused product content writing.- Strong written amp; verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask amp; project manage multiple assignments- Stakeholder management- internal as well as partner (for customer service)- Ability to convert elaborate content into crisp snippets for easy understanding- Proactive to ensure product updates/ improvements are always updated on the web/app.
