Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Growth Manager with extensive experience in driving online sales growth for software products in the B2B market. As a Digital Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing our brand's online visibility, lead generation, and revenue. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and growth will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts and achieving massive online sales.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales growth.
    • Identify key digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to inform and optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
    • Implement strategies and tactics to generate high-quality leads and acquire new customers in the software market.
    • Optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths to drive maximum conversions and customer acquisition.
    • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Conversion Optimization:
    • Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and online sales.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize online sales growth.
  • Collaboration and Integration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to align digital growth initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging and integration of digital advertising efforts with product marketing strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to drive synergy between digital growth initiatives and product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Identify and test innovative growth strategies and tactics to drive massive online sales growth.
    • Evaluate and leverage new digital marketing tools and platforms that align with our target audience and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving online sales growth for software products.
  • Proven track record of driving significant online sales growth and lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
