Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, design, enablement, and customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that sets new industry standards. Your ability to tell a captivating product story and think strategically about competitive positioning will be key to your success. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMM who excels at understanding multiple use cases and personas has expertise in SaaS products, and thrives on translating product value into engaging content. You will work closely with the product team, managing product campaigns and launches, as well as providing sales teams with the necessary training and materials.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for our key features, creating a strong value proposition and communicating our competitive edge.
- Deeply understand market needs by segment to build unique and differentiated messaging and positioning aligned with our overarching brand narratives and voice.
- Product Launches and Campaigns:
- Organize and manage quarterly feature/product launches, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Conduct customer and persona research to inform product marketing initiatives.
- Provide competitive intelligence and enablement, keeping the team informed about market trends and competitors.
- Content Creation and Brand Management:
- Collaborate with the design team to effectively bring content and collateral to market, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with digital marketing, product management, and sales teams.
- Work closely with industry experts to maintain thought leadership and market relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Lead product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MSc., MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in a product marketing function, preferably in the technology/3D/graphics/e-commerce industry.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling product narratives and messaging.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Results-oriented and data-driven mindset, with a passion for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and experience in iterating multiple use cases and personas.
- Strong analytical and research skills to translate market insights into effective marketing strategies.
