The successful candidate will be a proactive, problem-solver with experience in financial management and accounting solutions. The Tally Customer Support will report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with our development and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and online chat
- Assist clients with Tally software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Advise clients on best practices for utilizing Tally software to optimize their financial management needs
- Keep clients informed of product updates, new features, and bug fixes
- Liaise with our sales team to ensure the successful onboarding of new Tally software customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a knowledge base of the Tally software, its features and applications, and related software and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of Tally software and other financial management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
