Job Description


The successful candidate will be a proactive, problem-solver with experience in financial management and accounting solutions. The Tally Customer Support will report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with our development and sales teams.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and online chat
  • Assist clients with Tally software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Advise clients on best practices for utilizing Tally software to optimize their financial management needs
  • Keep clients informed of product updates, new features, and bug fixes
  • Liaise with our sales team to ensure the successful onboarding of new Tally software customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a knowledge base of the Tally software, its features and applications, and related software and products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field
  • Knowledge of Tally software and other financial management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
