Job Description

As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and development within the organization. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and values. Your main objective will be to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with senior management to drive organizational effectiveness and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis to anticipate and address future talent needs.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top-quality candidates.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
    • Design and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Promote a positive work environment and ensure high levels of employee engagement.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions.
  4. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation, benefits, and employment contracts.
    • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
  5. Performance Management and Training:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
    • Identify training and development needs across the organization and design and deliver relevant training programs.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
  6. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's HR practices remain compliant.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  7. HR Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the HR team and regularly assess performance against objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • . Master's degree in HR or an MBA is Mandatory
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
