Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist

As a Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our studios, supporting various teams within any facility-based duties while learning all about the Company, the industry, and supporting with basic production tasks. You will be given the foundation and skills needed to move up in the business.

Reception Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing accurate information as required.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

• Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, when necessary.

Office Coordination:

• Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination, including staff gatherings and client meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanour, even during busy or challenging situations.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment, including telephone systems and printers.
