The successful candidate will lead, manage, and support the project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex technology projects within budget and on schedule. The Senior Manager Project Management - Technologies will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and support project teams to deliver complex technology projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify project risks, develop and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans, and track project progress against plan
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, and facilitate resolution of technical issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered in accordance with requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, and report project status to project sponsors and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the Oil amp; Gas industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects within budget and on schedule
- Strong leadership and management skills, and proven ability to lead and manage project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans
- Sound understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- PMP or Prince2 Certification is preferred.
