Apzle, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients via phone and email, ultimately increasing the company's revenue. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce Apzle's products and services, and close sales deals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fresher or 1+ years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of sales tools and techniques, including cold calling and objection handling.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
