As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients via phone and email, ultimately increasing the company's revenue. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce Apzle's products and services, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fresher or 1+ years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales tools and techniques, including cold calling and objection handling.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
