Job Title: Ad Monetization Analyst / Manager
Location: Hyderabad
As an Ad Monetization at 1518, you will showcase extensive knowledge of ad monetization technologies, tools, and systems, both from an operational and strategic standpoint.
At 1518, We are looking for a mobile Ad Monetization Specialist and a revenue analyst to help us set up advertising campaigns and report/analyze revenue trends.
- Take ownership of PTW's ad monetization strategy and drive revenue for our live games amp; apps.
- Collaborate closely with our game teams to develop, implement, and optimize systems that provide a highly engaging and rewarding ad experience within our games, aligning with PTW's exceptional quality standards.
- Effectively manage and maintain relationships with existing ad mediation and network partners, while also identifying and onboarding new partners to improve overall performance.
- Lead the development and enhancement of analytics tools that cater to the operational, business, and product requirements for monitoring, reporting, and analyzing crucial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work in close partnership with game teams to conduct tests and implement new ad partners, analyze results, and share valuable insights with internal teams and partners, continuously optimizing performance.
- Offer valuable recommendations and optimizations regarding ad placement and formats.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively implement a cross-promotion strategy.
- Utilize advanced tools and dashboards to ensure seamless ad delivery and promptly troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Work alongside our Legal team to ensure full compliance with industry regulations and prioritize player protection.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2-6 years of hands-on experience in mobile/online marketing, demonstrating expertise in either the demand or supply side, along with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape encompassing ad exchanges, programmatic buying, ad mediation, and real-time bidding (RTB).
- Exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Showcase extensive knowledge of ad monetization technologies, tools, and systems, both from an operational and strategic standpoint.
- Demonstrate previous experience working with renowned partners such as Inmobi, AdMob, Unity, Vungle, and others.
- Display the ability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Possess a data-driven mindset with a strong inclination towards making informed decisions and providing recommendations based on thorough testing and analysis.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of SQL, analytics, key metrics, and KPIs (Experience in User Acquisition is advantageous).
- Show a genuine passion for ad monetization, and performance marketing, and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends.
