We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer. As a sales trainer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our sales representatives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to others. Should be able to provide coaching and take timely feedback to improve the performance of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver training programs to sales representatives.
- Identify training needs of sales representatives.
- Conduct training sessions on selling skills and techniques.
- Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, and training manuals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
- Collaborate and work closely with reporting manager to deliver business goals through training interventions

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales trainer.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales training.
- Should be fluent in speaking, writing and reading Telugu and English.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Strong coaching and feedback skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.
- Experience in FMCG is Preferred.
