Job Description

Job Title : Social Media amp; Internal Comm Specialist

Team : Marketing

Location : India - Remote

Reporting to : Marketing Communications Lead

Shift : Flexible - To work in tandem with the Marketing Communication Department.


Position Summary

The Social Media and Internal Communication Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the company's social media platforms and internal communication channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's online brand presence, drive quarterly objectives and effectively communicate with both external and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications manager, the Specialist, who will implement innovative approaches to stimulate product promotion, gain quality traffic amp; engagement, and assist in promoting our brand amp; demand strategies to reach our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy inline with Organizational goals
  • Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, engaging with the audience creating potential leads in a timely manner
  • Work in collaboration with the design team to create visuals and post them across the relevant platforms.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with larger marketing strategies.
  • Create, enhance, and execute tailored social media campaigns for all platforms with engaging content for targeted audiences.
  • Staying up to date with trends and platforms in the social media space for maximizing returns and optimizing SM strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and present recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively engage and inform employees across various departments and levels.
  • Create and curate content for internal newsletters, intranet platforms, and other communication channels to promote company updates, initiatives, and events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 years of work experience as a Social Media Specialist
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Creative thinking and ideation skills to develop innovative internal communication strategies and engage employees effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and internal communication.

Education
UG : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a relevant certifications in social media management and analytics are a plus.
