• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to determine technical competency, career goals, and overall fit with the company culture
• Leverage online recruitment platforms and social media to engage with potential candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and efficient process
• Update and maintain candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements and candidate qualifications are aligned
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the recruitment of IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms.
