Designation: Business Development Manager-Sales
Location-Based: Mumbai, India
Job Mission: Responsible for software solution sales in the AEC segment. Responsible for entire sales-cycle, starting from suspecting, prospecting, opportunity development, revenue generation and sales closure.
Principal Responsibility:
Research and identification of ideal prospects for Newforma Solution.
Engage with customer and present business case solution for PIM / Newforma.
Progress qualified opportunities through technical amp; commercial justification.
and closure of sales.
Maintain customer satisfactory usage.
Repeat and expand annual reoccurring revenue.
Maintain very close working coordination with Developers (Newforma).
Conduct various market development activities like webinar, seminar amp; social media.
Provide accurate forecast and achieve / exceed your assigned targets and goals.
Any other job which may be assigned to you by your manager.
Segments: Architect, Electrical, Construction.
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate preferred - BE / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical.
Knowledge and Experience: 3 to 5 years, must have prior sales and/or technical experience in any document Management software or similar Solution, EX: CRM, ERP or SAP, etc
Candidates with exposure to Architecture / Construction / Infrastructure industry would be given preference.
Knowledge of Business Development, Negotiation amp; Risk Management
Ability to analyze Sales Data
Professional Written amp; Verbal Skills
Ability to Motivate Team
