Job Profile :
- Working on global mandates regarding Leadership Advisory Service offerings - culture, team journeys, assessments, integration, development related
- A typical project would have 3 phases: Pitch, Execution and Workshops/ Debriefing. Depending on your interest, opportunities and strength you may get involved in either or all of these stages for an identified offering.
- Collaboration with experts, consultants and project team members to design the workshop modules, prepare best in class client ready insights and address nuanced client needs
- Knowledge management- strengthening the existing portfolio and work with our teams to engage consultants to share learnings and success openly and deeply
- Contributing to our larger global LAS community by organizing, participating and leveraging existing trainings, engagements and conferences
- Peer mentoring- Being an advisor and mentor for others in the team across the board, showing true apprenticeship and being generous in sharing learnings and success
