- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Daily reconciling of bank accounts amp; credit cards
- Invoices will be forwarded as they come in
- End-of-month reconciliations on Bank accounts, Credit cards, Inventory, Misc. accounts (if necessary)
- Sales and use tax (no tax experience necessary)
- Maintain and reconcile sales and use tax accounts by state on a monthly basis
- Inventory accounting
- Prepare end-of-month inventory reconciliation
- Sales Reconciliation
- Report Preparation
- Assist controller on miscellaneous projects as need
Skill Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Netsuite Accounting Functions
- Ability to analyze and react to basic accounting tasks
- Must be comfortable working in Excel. We rely on Excel heavily to manipulate data and analyze projects. The ideal candidate will know how to write basic Excel formulas (IF statements, VLOOKUPS, INDEXING), sort and format data, and be comfortable discussing and supporting their analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
