Senior Business Analyst: Knowledge management
The professional will be expected to develop/maintain/improvise knowledge management of the PG, alongside supporting potential business development opportunities. This is an individual contributor role, and the Expert will work closely in collaboration with Global Practice Specialist, Consultants and Experts around the world on strategic knowledge management initiatives.
Role of Knowledge Manager Key Aspects of your daily tasks
- Lead/Support in development and implementing Knowledge Management strategy and initiatives
- Proactively build, maintain, and own the strategic knowledge assets for the Practice Groups including client focused documents, market information and knowledge, leveraging internal tools and platforms
- Promoting collaboration and engagement across our key regions by way of sharing best in class documents, key client wins, broader industry related information/ numbers etc.
- Developing standardized approaches and processes, in collaboration with other Practice Groups within Egon Zehnder, for superior client solutions
- Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner via PG newsletters etc.
- Proactively providing insights on industry trends and key consumer companies.
- Developing specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate from an accredited academic institution
- A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, results orientation, and ability to work with a global team
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint amp; Excel)
- Basic understanding of research tools such as Capital IQ, Factiva, Boardex would be an added advantage
