Alchemy Medicine Pvt Ltd is a leading pharmaceutical company, and we are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive-Logistics to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the logistics of our products and ensuring that they are delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a keen attention to detail, to ensure that our pharmaceutical products are delivered to our customers seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations of logistics activities ( Both Export amp; Domestic )
- Manage and oversee warehouse inventory to ensure materials are stocked and accounted for accordingly.
- Responsible for the on-time delivery of goods and maintain the quality of products through effective logistics planning and execution.
- Analyze and optimize delivery routes and ensure that the delivery schedules are aligned with customer expectations
- Oversee all transportation activities, including shipment scheduling, routing, and freight payment.
- Oversee import and export operations of the products to ensure compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
- Manage and motivate a team of logistics professionals to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Two to three years of work experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
