SummaryThe Finance Team is an integral part of the organization, providing insight supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision-making process. The team partners with the senior management, category teams and functional teams across the organization.With this role, we are looking for a trusted and experienced finance professional as part of the Business Finance team. The role will drive various functional initiatives, build and manage relationships with the category and functional teams, and take an active role in discussions at the senior level. Responsibilities of this role will include:Key Accountabilities·Leverage Pamp;L knowledge to drive decisions·Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations·Manage reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and review deck preparation·Lead strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparation·Period close activities to include working closely with the Controller’s group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries·Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage Pamp;L expectations ·Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive efficiency improvements·Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested. Create an inclusive and collaborative environmentQualifications/Requirements- Must have a CA degree with 6 to 8 years of Relevant Experience
- Post Graduation in finance will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate strong Communication / Presentation Skills and ability to work with peers and various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in Relevant Industry / Business Facing Roles will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills.
- Good analytical skills. Proficient in SQL, Query writing, Macros will be added advantage.
