As a telecaller at Digiperform, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with potential customers by providing them with accurate information about our courses and services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our courses and services.
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers and answer their queries.
- Maintain customer data in our database and keep it up to date.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and conversions.
- Follow up on leads and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction.
- Reach out to customers who have shown interest in our courses and services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in telecalling and sales.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to persuade and a friendly personality.
- Previous experience in education management would be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills such as MS Excel.
