Job Summary
The BDR-Lead Generation Manager will be working within US shift schedule. You will be managing a team of BDRs who are responsible for driving business growth by generating high-quality leads, engaging customers and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR)
- Foster a culture of innovation and excitement within the team
- Develop and implement training and onboarding program for BDRs
- Set clear objectives and goals, monitor progress, provide feedback, and motivate BDRs to achieve success
- Collaborate with US sales team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless handover and attain conversion goals
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns, working closely with Marketing team
- Continuously optimise and improve BDR processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Embrace innovation, driving efficiency and sky-high conversion rates
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, appointment rates, and pipeline contribution, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, acting as a mentor and role model to team members. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, integrity and professionalism
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development and sales techniques.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, experience in team management and lead generation within the SaaS industry will also be considered.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, ideally in lead generation or business development roles and you must have 3-5 years of experience in US call centre operations.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices, particularly within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management systems to track and manage lead generation activities. Experience in Hubspot is a plus
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to optimize team performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient team operations.
- Willing to work 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
- Willing to work from home, full-time
- Must have gone through formal/informal US voice and accent training
