• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to execute the product roadmap
• Lead product development projects to drive improvements and innovation in battery technology
• Participate in strategic planning and market research activities to identify new product opportunities and evaluate potential competitors
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and components
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation related to product design, testing, and requirements
• Work alongside the marketing team to create comprehensive product launch plans that align with company objectives

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, material science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the battery technology or energy storage industry
• A passion for sustainability, carbon reduction, and the transition to renewable energy
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of hardware development processes and associated tools, such as product design software, CAD, and project management software
