About the Job

The Assistant Manager of Operations Finance will be responsible for all Payroll activities including computation and compliance related to Payroll. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Operations Finance on data preparation and analysis across the APAC region.

As Assistant Manager of Operations Finance, You Will

Responsible for Payroll compliance activities including:

  • Partner with Operations, HRBPs and related stakeholders to validate the attendance in ZING HR
  • Review and close the attendance
  • Computation of payroll on a monthly basis
  • Work with Finance for disbursement post approvals
  • Reconcile and report the variance, headcount, and other reports as required from time to time
  • Work on ESI, EPF, PT, TDS and other compliance as required from time to time
  • Work with finance on tagging and allocation of costs

Responsible for Operations Finance and related work as below:

  • Review employee base week on week and coordinate with WFM, Operations and HRBPs for computing costs on a weekly basis for DFR Submission
  • Prepare cost pattern and analysis and cost trends on weekly basis
  • Assist VP, Operations Finance on variance analysis and cost trends
  • Prepare Revenue and NGM tracker on a weekly basis
  • Prepare the Operations OH closely and report the movements

Requirements

As Assistant Manager of Operations Finance, You Have

  • Graduation or Post Graduation degree with a major in Accounting and Commerce (MBA Finance will be an added advantage)
  • 7+ years of experience in handling Payroll Compliance and Income statement analysis. Additionally, BPO / Call center experience is desired
  • Good communication skills; listening, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to implement change and innovation
  • Ability to communicate with various positions and departments
  • Good hold on local payroll compliance
