What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Business development team and align with team goals to achieve team target.
• Primarily responsible for commercial market survey; track expected, ongoing and recent commercial transactions in the respective cities
• Identify the key prospects through primary or secondary research.
• Since not all clients qualify, should have a sense of prioritizing premises so as to be able to qualify the clientele
• Studying stacking of premises wrt to lease status
• Knowledge of movements in adjoining cities/tier 2 locations around respective locations

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3 years in this sector preferable with grade A/grade B realtor firm

• Effective communication and understanding of the local language
• Extremely strong database and info of market dynamics.
• Should possess networking skills required for developing relationship with key staff in landlords team
