Responsibilities Procurement Analyst
- Determine the supply needs of Allucent, helping in researching potential suppliers for supply needs.
- Researching and documenting features and benefits of products and services for strategic decisions concerning procurement.
- Documenting processes and generating monthly supply cost reports helps in strategic procurement decisions.
- Sourcing suppliers by co-ordinating with Procurement Managers.
- Documenting the features and benefits of products and services.
- Preparing cost-benefit analysis reports for review by Procurement managers.
- Negotiating favourable procurement contracts with selected vendors and suppliers.
- Keeping abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities in the industry to create a comprehensive database of vendors.
- Prepare metrics on a monthly basis to arrive at the savings achieved on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting.
- The individual should have a Life Sciences background plus clinical operations experience.
- More than five years' procurement analysis experience in a related industry.
- In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
