As a Product Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and leading to successful product execution
• Becoming an expert in our Voxco platforms, understanding the existing capabilities and identifying future opportunities
• Managing the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer success, and marketing
• Incorporating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Creating innovative products that enable users to fully harness their data and generate meaningful insights by leveraging your strong knowledge of the analytics and customer insights landscape
• Define product's built-in dashboarding and reporting capabilities.
• Creating a collaborative and adaptive environment, working in an agile manner to respond quickly to market shifts and customer feedback
• Analyzing multiple data to identify opportunities for delivering increased value to users, showcasing your impeccable attention to detail and self-starter mentality
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following experiences:
• 8+ years of experience in software product management within a complex technical environment
• Proficient knowledge of Research amp; Customer Experience Insights
• Experience working in a technology company with a consumer focus, as well as experience in developing products from scratch, building platform/ecosystem products
• Experience working in agile environments and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate uncertainty
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience uniting teams and stakeholders around a shared vision
