Roles and Responsibilities
1. Continually interact with customers through personal discussions and budget analysis and do the assessment as per the organization’s guidelines.
2. To ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines as per the defined SLAs amp; TATs of organization.
3.Prepare precise MIS and published time to time according to defined timelines or whenever required.
4.To improve the productivity for credit resource in terms of number of files processed
5.Maximize PA FTR for all branches.
6.Ensure effective teamwork and maintaining CM teams across his / her region.
7.Create and implement a training roadmap for the team including induction from time to time.
8.Ensuring team's adherence to policies and corporate governance standards
9.Analyzing and maintaining the performance of the team members on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
10. Achieve annual target as per the AOP with conjunction of Sales Team.
11. Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification: Graduate, CA/MBA (Preferable)
Desired Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years in the field (Underwriting of Unsecured/Secured Loan)
Require team handling experience.

Preference would be given to candidates from same industry i.e. NBFCs, Banking, Loans etc
