1. Ideate and develop visual concepts and designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging
2. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, web design, infographics, product illustrations, and more
3. Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visuals
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and tools
5. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables effectively
6. Take feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into designs while maintaining design integrity and usability
7. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Requirements
1. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
2. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and mediums
4. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
6. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
7. Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and other design principles
8. Experience designing for digital platforms and print materials
9. Creative bent of mind along with excellent written and verbal communication
